All items are non-refundable under any circumstances. Ticket holders must adhere to the venue dress code, and for nightlife arrive by 12:30AM, entry is subject to doorman discretion.
We do not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from another source unless they are an approved ticketing vendor by Harbor New York City. Management Reserves all rights to control entrance into the venue including pre-purchased ticket holders. Management may refuse entry to any ticket holder as they see fit including, but not limited to, Dress Code violations, intoxicated patrons, unruly patrons, and patrons with illegal substances or carrying out illegal acts.
For seamless entry, please plan accordingly. All pre-purchased, general admission and guest list tickets are standing room only.

Management is Responsible for Managing and Conducting a Safe, Efficient and Hospitable Check-in procedure to the Venue. As such, The Door Man has Final Say over Entry and Removal from the Premises any person or persons who are; Visibly Under the Influence or Intoxicated, Verbally or Physically Abusive, Unlawful Behavior & Drug Use or Possession will be handled under NY State & City Law. Knives, Tools, Weapons or Firearms are Strictly Prohibited and subject to confiscation and ejection from the Premises.
